The East Colfax Neighborhood Association (ECNA) is one of the oldest and largest registered neighborhood associations in the city of Denver. It is a volunteer-based organization dedicated to the East Colfax neighborhood in all of its richness and variety, regardless of income level or resources. We work closely with the people who live and work here, as well as city government, providing a unified voice for the neighborhood. From Quebec Avenue to the west, Yosemite Avenue on the east, 11th Avenue on the south, and Montview Boulevard to the north (extending north to 23rd Avenue between Quebec and Syracuse Avenue), East Colfax maintains an unmistakeable diversity that is at once borderless and irreplaceable within the city fabric.
The East Colfax Neighborhood Association exists to build and maintain a resource and voice for all residents and businesses within its boundaries, so that everyone can participate in the discussion of the well-being of the neighborhood. ECNA promotes a format for communication between its association and the city government, advances the interests and concerns of the people who live in the neighborhood, and elects representation to encourage friendship and cooperation among all peoples within its area and beyond.
