—November 8, 2019: First steering committee meeting for 1400 Yosemite, a new nonprofit support center.

—October 15, 2019: ECNA votes at monthly meeting to make anti-displacement its first priority in its individualized neighborhood plan.

—September 14, 2019: ECNA members and East Colfax residents protest meeting of Interneighborhood Collaborative on the Neighborhood Planning Initiative.

—September 10, 2019: First steering committee meeting on 7900 E. Colfax, with Brothers Redevlopment and Brain Injury Alliance.

—September 9, 2019: Opposition posted to Denver East Neighborhoods First yard sign and flyering of East Colfax neighborhood.

—August, 2019: ECNA awarded $1,000 grant from Sustainable Urban Neighborhood Foundation.

—August 30, 2019: ECNA Final Friday block party at Regal Bakery parking lot.

—August 26, 2019: Members of ECNA and East Colfax neighborhood appear at Denver City Council to speak for and against approveal of Urban Redevelopment Area.

—August 20, 2019: Vote taken at monthly meeting results in letter opposing approval of Urban Redevelopment Area.

—July 12, 2019: Brothers Redevelopment, which will be working in East Colfax at 7900 East Colfax and is scheduled to present at our next RNO meeting coming up next Tuesday July 16, launched its newest community, Paris Family Apartments. In attendance were US Secretary of Housing and Urban Development Ben Carson, Governor Polis, Senator Gardner, and others. Located at 1702 Paris St., in Aurora, this new 39-unit apartment community will serve families and veterans, with two and three bedroom units and supportive services.

—July 12, 2019: 3rd ECNA Reading Group announced, for July 24: Murderous Consent, by Marc Crépon.

—June 28, 2019: first East Colfax Final Friday Block Party, featuring Ethiopian Youth Dancers of Colorado. Held at Counterpath.
